Hi Alex, what would it cost to have you fix this for us?

Thanks Alex, so what you are saying is we can’t have a map that shows a location AND have a working search tool on the same page?

I love the zip code search results now, that is very nice but was hoping we could have the map at a specific location too.

Can you also tell me how to get rid of this error:
No listings were found matching your selection. Something missing? Why not add a listing?
    on this page:

    Hi Alex,
we finally got all our places fixed with correct cities and counties and we are using the shortcodes you set. All appears to work except for two errors that must be shortcode related?

On this page: https://helpwhathurts.com/find-help-now (which you can reach by clicking that link on the menu) Now we get this at the top of the map:
No listings were found matching your selection. Something missing? Why not add a listing?.

And then on a zip code search on that page, such as:
    https://helpwhathurts.com/find-help-now/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=+&snear=92614&sgeo_lat=33.680022&sgeo_lon=-117.8117409
The map below the listings has an error on it:
    No Records Found
Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.

That displays on the map, but the list of doctors do appear above that?

Do you have any idea why this is happening?
    Thanks again!

    Thank you very much Kiran!!
That seems to work. I’ll need to change all the other doctors but the two I have done so far work.

But the zipcode search doesn’t work now. Is that related?
    https://helpwhathurts.com/find-help-now/

For the Ohio doctor that I just put in, his zip code is: 43231
But the doctor I updated in La Mirada doesn’t work either, his zip code is: 90638

    It was working before.
    Thanks much.

    Hi Kiran and Alex,
sorry for the late reply, it has taken all this time to get Godaddy to move our account from Managed WP to a stand alone hosting account. They did a very bad job of the move, and the timing, even though we paid them for it.

We have new ftp info so I will send that with the database info in a pm.
    Thanks for your help!

Thanks again for your help. Because we are on Godaddy’s managed WP hosting we don’t have phpmyadmin access. But I just put in to have our account updated. Godaddy said that will take 7-10 days to do so I will get back to you when that is done.
Thanks so much for your help.

    Hi Alex,
thanks for the suggestion but that didn’t work.
Here is the new one: https://helpwhathurts.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1353&action=edit using the same info from the Ohio listing. It appeared to work until I clicked “update” then the address disappeared and the city jumped back to San Diego.

The map location was correct, I had the city state and county filled out. Had the city and county filled in lower on the places page too. All looked good but clicking Update erased it all when the page reloaded and we were back to the same problem.

    Got any other ideas?

Thanks for the quick reply Alex. Yes I forgot to mention that. On the places page the map location is correct, in Ohio. Yes when I tried to create a new places for the same doctor, same location it still filled in those fields for San Diego and California when the page refreshed.
