    Hi,

    Thanks for sending that over. So, that URL redirects to eadohouston.com because the site was built on WPEngine first, and then tied to the correct URL when we were ready to make the switch. Is there any way that you would be able to deactivate the license from your end for that URL? I’ve attached a screenshot of the domains from the WPEngine side if that helps clarify things.

    Hi, I just tried this and when copying and pasting the license key from the one in my account, it says that it is invalid.

    I also don’t have a “Manage Sites” option because it’s only a single-use license.
