Hallo Paulo and Konstantinos,

The goal is to upload all locations for which I wrote a capturingsheet in Excel to prevent import/export errors. Than visitors can claim their business page and edit it. But, I am still unable to edit listings via: /directory/add-listing/?pid=9492

I followd selutions offerd in this string (reply: #160329). So I contacted my hosting profider and walked through the steps from server to wp-config adding define(‘GEODIR_USE_PHP_SESSIONS’, false); above the debug line (false).

Can eighter of you help to find out, What did I mis?

I would like to make the change for the GD Home page as well as for other pages like, the my location page. I don’t mind for the location page to become like the “clean” “independant” search page option. Once the nearest place is found and 1 of 7 (geo based) search results is selected; I would like the header (with logo) should stay.

Are there options?

There is a workflow:
– Import gd samples;
– Open .csv and select first column (A);
– Data > text to column > folow instructions (save and keep row’s 1+2);
– Copy/paste address in this long/lat converter (external link);
– Change long and lat column’s property’s to text;
– Copy/past long/lat data + rest of your own data in Excel (.xls);
– Select table and give selection field a name (see: image);
– Delete other .xls tab’s from the bottom of your spread sheet (see: image)
– Use .csv converter (download zip file);
– unzip file with basic winRAR Upload .csv file.

Now the problem remains that listings are the quality service’s that I (want) to provide. As it seems, I need helpers that visit my site and optimize my data(service). It seems so that, my visitors have to (re)visit all my uploaded custom post types to “accept” the long/lat coordinates I have imported.

Does anyone get my point of getting a way to upload great (long/lat-)data and getting a perfect gd-response?

Neither, me or my potential costumers, service takers and/or visitors are willing to compromise but, like the GDmap (widgit) visible without moderate/edit CPT’s to make our databases; need, current and complete.

My motivation, asking for help? I researched a lot of functionalities and found a perfect combination for my business-model. I solved Kleo theme, Geodirectory in combination with *multy site, issue’s but one;
