I think it was new customer signup from front end.
Can I rename the field without deleting existing entries?
To which version? I can’t see any updates in WP dashboard or GD account and it shows I’m using Version 2.5.0.13 of the Pricing Manger. Did you already update it on our site?

If it is Published, I can see the Status (using provided snippet), Edit, and Delete, but no Renewal/Upgrade link.
