Duplicates when renewing

    Hi,
    When a customer renews their account, we’re seeing an additional listing for them. However, I do see that the new listing either changed their business name or default category. Is this intentional?

    I suppose we can trash the old one and redirect to the one. But I’m curious if the customer changing the name or default category is the cause of this happening.
