Hi Guust, Kiran,
Thanks for your answers.
We’ll keep these informations in mind; however we’ll probably have to store some cities like london this way : “London (Londres)” as on the french version of the website, in the location search fields, French visitors will type “Londres” and that’s the only way it return the right city and results for listing in London…We’ll adjust later on if we find a better solution and / or if this is not working as we want.

Thanks a lot for your answser.
For the moment on my side, after payment, the claim is still pending and requires manual approval but maybe it’s because our payment methods (Paypal + Stripes) are in test mode ?
Once they’ll be set to production mode, the claims will be auto approved once payment has been accepted for real ?

Sébastien.Hi Kiran,
If I remember correctly, a couple of month ago I lost a few changes made in the core plugin, I think it was linked to templates and pages displays … Maybe I worry too much as we are about to launch the website. Anyway if we can fix this issue without having to update right now, it would be great.
Then later on, we will probably setup a clone server in order to test updates before going live.
We only have an issue with the Approval and Rejection email after a claim has been made.
If the claim has been made on the english version of the website, these 2 emails are sent in french.Great if you can help with this.

So it’s an issue with both Rejected and Approval email. Thanks Stiofan, I just underdood where I was going with this and what’s the right way to do it with .po and .mo for each languages and plugins !!! cheers !
Hi Stiofan,
I found my answer … all I had to do was to force WPML to scan the plugin again for strings 🙂 🙂
Can’t beleive I got stuck on this.
I’ll get back to you if any more issues !Cheers,
Sébastien.Hi Stiofan,
Right ! Thanks for the explaination, I obviously didn’t use the right method, but please I still need your help on this 🙁
Has I explained, I cannot understand why a string declared in the Payment and Claim module, cannot be found in WPML. Everything else works and I could translated all strings using WPML but not these ?
It must be something blocking WPML to scan / register these strings ?
And I cannot beleive that changing the wording in language.php or even translating them in french would make this happen ?PLease advise,
Regards,
Sebastien.Hi Stiofan,
As our website project started in French and is based on a very specific business plan and uses specifi terms, the decision was made to translate and modify all the initial languages strings in the modules. They didn’t work for what we need to acheive.
Now that our French version is completed, we simply need to translate all the strings back in english.
It doesn’t seem to be a problem, does it ? We sould find all these strings in WPML
So far we could translate most of the main GD module, but the ones from Payment module and Claim listing are not detected by WPML and I don’t think it’s link to the fact that we translated them …
Please advice on what to do ?
