Auto approve + Force update ?

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi Support,

    I have question regarding the claim process.

    Can we use both options Auto approve + Force update ?
    Meaning, once a listing has been claim, and the update has been done (using payment) by a user / client, it doesn’t seem that the client receive the Auto approve email.

    We can find the claim in the GD listings claims of course, but it requires a approval or rejection from a administrator.

    Is this normal ? Can’t we have both option working or is this a security limitation in order to check payments or else before approval ?
