sorry for my late, this remove the subcategory but there is no way to create a multilevel selection? If i have a lot of subcategories then it would a bad experience for the user, because he have to drop down until the end of subcategory of the list to view the other categories. If the first category is the category with subcategories and the user search for the last category, it may not be very comfortable…

i resolved using the po translate file of userswp, changing the “accept terms and conditions” phrase to “I agree to the treatment of my personal information” with the link to the privacy page (that is different from terms and conditions page of listings) in the registration form. Not sure if it’s the right method…Excuse me Kiran, be patient …
As suggested by Alex I entered the privacy flag in the registration form of userswp.

i will use the checkbox in the user profile, but i need the text of the checkbox linkable to the privacy page. Is not possible to add an html “a href” on the form label text?
