    Hi once again Kor,

Everything you helped with is working great, I just have another quick question on this note.

Is it possible to add a direct link to the user’s dashboard in the top menu somehow for ease of access?

    Thank you.

    Hi again Kor,

I apologize but I’m not quite sure how that answers my question. I have attached a few screenshots to help in clarifying. I made a test user account, claimed a listing, approved the listing claim in the back end with my admin account (See SS1).. Despite now being approved as the owner of this listing I don’t seem to be able to manage it from my user dashboard (See SS2).

Also, I was wondering if it is possible to hide or somehow make private the user’s email under the “Author Archive” (See SS3).

Thanks again, it is very much appreciated.

    Hi Kor,

It does indeed re-direct to the login screen. It all seems to be working properly! There is just one other thing related to this… at least for now ha!

How can a user manage their listing? Is this possible only using the GD-Login for user registration or do we need another plug-in to enable users to manage/edit their listings.

    Thank you!

    I can’t seem to edit my previous post to include one more question;

Is there any harm in leaving images unattached? Attaching every image individually seems very labour intensive. Is there any way to do batch uploads for images where they will all be attached to the proper listing in the first place?

    Thanks again.

Okay great. I seem to be having success with this method.

Just so I’m clear though… If I have 500 entries which all have a feature image, I will have 1000 (500 + 500 duplicates) images in the media library PLUS every other image that I add to the other IMAGE columns? Is there any way to avoid the creation of a duplicate for feature images?

    Thank you for your support.

    Hi there,

Thank you for getting back to me. There wouldn’t be many duplicates yet, as I have just been uploading in batches of 10 images or so to check for issues before I do larger uploads.

To replicate the issue I did the following:

    1) Inputted the filenames as “example.jpg” into the IMAGE column in my CSV.
    2) Uploaded the CSV through GD Listings: Import CSV. Selected “update listing if post with post_id already exists.”
    3) All items were uploaded successfully, and it provides the message “Please transfer all images in ‘wp-content/uploads/2017/02’ folder.” (See Screenshot 1)
    4) At this point, the files I added to the IMAGE column in the CSV are present but have no images and are “attached” to the proper listing. (See Screenshot 2)
    5) I add the image files through the media library uploader (See Screenshot 3)
    6) Now each listing has an “unattached” version and an “attached” version (See Screenshot 4)

    Thank you for your assistance.
