The post_id should NEVER be changed… It seems the logical step is to change the review post_id to match (though i’m not even sure what exactly you are doing)

This has already been implemented in GDv2 which is currently being beta tested.

Sadly it looks like all our apps will need to be submitted for review before this will work again, some older apps will work until the deadline but any newly created ones will need to be submitted for review. We are working on a guide and will update you as soon as we can.
Thanks,

Is there a way to take the template and work on it and save like custom?
Yes, but it might be able to be done by default if you explain EXACTLY what u are trying to do.
I also wish to redesign grid view, showing places without descriptions and hours
This is just a case of removing some shortcodes in the Archive item page
This is something me an Paolo have talked about, a sort of master/slave setup but its still at the talking/planning stage just now.

There are plans for at least one and also there has been some 3rd party interest in building themes for v2.

Core is pretty close, we have added a few new features in releases, i think there is just one more “new” settings page and then its mostly just tidying up styles and JS before release.
Addons are being worked on in parallel and will start to be release in beta once core is out of beta.
Thanks,

U should only be enquing .css files?
Please see here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/new-google-maps-fee/
The vast majority won’t be affected by this, its more of an inconvenience if they force everyone to submit billing details. If you want to used Open Street Maps (OSM) then GD already has that option, infact if you have your maps set to “Auto” (which it is by default) if google maps api fails to load then OSM will take over, so for example people viewing your site in countries where Google is banned will auto see OSM instead of broken maps. I’m not sure how google will implement the hard limit but i would hope we can do something similar.

Hi Dan,
I have fixed the notices. You should not really be showing PHP notices on a live site though.
The location me page reloads after it gets the users location so it can show the relivant info.
Thank,
Stiofan
