The moving the map should now reposition the markers on the new worlds, but there seems to be some sort of line around there for OSM where is splits the map like that, even with basic tests we can recreate but could not find a solution.

It should work everywhere, if u set it then its stored in a session so wont clear until you close and open the whole browser.

I have not heard of this, my guess is there is a JS error on the page when loading the editor which causes it to blank the page and if u save then it saves a blank page.
If you have access to the backend you can simply delete GD plugin and then reinstall it, that should correct the file.
