Hi Patrick,
Unfortunately the way the system works there is no way to upgrade from the different time periods. You would have to just buy the 12 months and get new keys.
We are currently working on a system that will auto update keys for your sites but this is still a couple of weeks away.
Thanks,
Stiofan
I can’t recreate this on my test site.
I see in your child theme you have some comment form related filters, can you comment them out for testing please? (remember to clear cache). Thanks,
Stiofan
Hi Mark,
There is no way for us to change that over, the only way would be for you to let it expire and then renew it with the new paypal account, just make sure you renew it and don’t buy a new one and the licences will remain the same.
Thanks,
Stiofan
Hello,
1. List urls are intentionally obfuscated, this allows a user to create a list in private but still share it with friends via a direct link. If we gave them pretty links it could easily be guessed.
You as an admin can create your own admin lists with pretty links if required.
2. An admin can add a specific image if they want, we plan to either make it use the first image of the first listing or to maybe let a user upload an image in the future.
Thanks,
Stiofan

Hi Barbara,
Please make sure the business hours offset is from UTC without DST (dayligth savings time) offset. i see most of your listings are -7 but should be -8.

Hi Kevin,
I belive this is related to the wp sessions class we use in WPI, it causes no know issues apart from failing that test, we will be releasing a fix for it soon.
Thanks,
Stiofan
Hi Nick,
Thanks for the info, it turns out it was just related to the way the double google maps API call was failing on Safari.
I added this code snippet to disable the events cal API call (it will use the GD one) and it seems to all work.
add_filter('tribe_events_google_maps_api','__return_false');
Thanks,
Stiofan
Hi Kenneth,
Please try now, for some reason that specific licence was missing its expiry date, i have resolved this now.
Thanks,
Stiofan
Hi Nick, can you double check the details, i get “ERROR: Invalid login credentials.”
Thanks,
Stiofan
Hi Eileen,
Please check now, your server seemed to have issues with the wp_die() function being called after a redirect, i have changed this in our code and it will be in the next release incase it affects anyone else.
Thanks,
Stiofan
Hi Liz,
I don’t see any errors at our end, please try clearing your cache and if you still have issues if you can post a link to your site we will take a look.
Thanks,
Stiofna
Hello,
Thanks for the details i do see the error only on safari.
I have tried to recreate this on our own servers but i can’t, can your give us wp-admin access so we can check? If not a copy of your theme might be enough. You can leave login details in a private reply, these can only be seen by staff. Thanks,
Stiofan
Hello,
I don’t see any issue on your sites did you fix this?
Thanks,
Stiofan
Hello,
Some additional questions.
1. Does this happen when you are doing a save or you just see it after visiting the site after a period of time?
2. Are you doing saves on the frontend or backend?
3. Is there anything else making changes to the posts via api or such?Stiofan
