Hello,
THe double “@@” in the twitter url input seems to be flagging up some security rule on the server and blocking it, removing the double @@ and it works.

Hmm this is strange, what browser are u using?
Try logging out, closing the browser (the whole thing not just the tab), then try opening it and loggin back in so see if it happens again or if there is something u need to do to recreate it?Thanks,

I actually thought this was our Supreem theme at first, but its a DIVI child theme, you would need to customise the search template like you did for the listing category pages, this is a customisation and not something we can help with.

When u are seeing the popup i can see there must be JS errors alos, i have tried to recreate this on your site but i cant.
Next time it happens press “F12” on your keyboard to see the inspector, then select the “Console” tab and take a screenshot of that.Thanks,

FTP has nothing to do with WordPress, you will get FTP info from your hosting provider.

Thanks for the info, i have made the changes now, please check.
The issue was the divi builder and GD were competing over the page template, i have set the GD home page setting to NOT use the “Home” page you have as the frontpage. (hope that makes sense)If you spot anything else just let me know.

The inspector isn’t providing a detailed enough information to understand what needs to be amended, ie what classes are called by the input forms and search button.
It looks like ur using FF? You shoudl have a pannel to the right that shows u waht CSS and classes are applied to each item, it might be hidden, if so see the bar that has the + on the left, that bar to the very far right should have a arrow <- try clicking that to show the panel or you can always try chrome inspector (i prefer it) Thanks, Stiofan
