Firstly i see you have the GD Stripe addon active, this should be replaced with the WPI Stripe addon, you can find it in your account area: https://wpinvoicing.com/your-account/

For this payment i don’t see an invoice created for it, can you please provide FTP info and copy past the IPN message here (preferably wrapped in the CODE wrappers.)

Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for the feedback, feedback is always welcome, especially the critical, you learn much more from it.

I am still learning all the details of WPGeoDirectory – it is a new platform and to learn all of it takes more than 30 days to be fair

I would not say it takes 30 days but we do recognise the many features and settings of GD can take time to learn and the over all amount of settings can be scary to new users, infact this is exactly what we are focusing on just now, we are working on GDv2 with every single setting is being looked to see if it can be explained better or put in a hidden advanced settings section, we also have many other things coming to simplify things for all our users.

The UWP addon came from many many requests on the forums, “can the author section do X or Y, i need to add custom fields to users”, basic stuff for which all other user profile plugins are overkill, we did benchmarking for things like BP and it takes a lot of resources, that combined with GD can have a dramatic effect on cheap hosting.

We have a fulltime developer working on WPI and its addons, WPI will be getting a release soon with many features like tracking subscriptons, allowing users to view and cancel their subscriptions and many more changes, once this is released he will be concentrating on addons and i will ask him to look at improving AWP integration, but as Paolo made you aware, that addon is almost our least used addon.

Different caching works in different ways, you would need to check with the author.

Adding an image to WP creates many entries in the standard WP DB, a directroy site with say 1 million listings and then with 10 images each the DB would be far bigger than it needs to be and far slower, we store only the first image in the WP way and then store the rest in our own table to avoid this.

Hi Steve,

I am not sure what your problems are but you seems to be the only one having them, i also have no idea why reinstalling stuff would fix a problem, maybe its some sort of caching going bad and the reinstall is clearing it?

Your map will not auto zoom unless you have it set to do so, but you dont seem to want that, so it will never auto zoom.

The auto redirect to location is an option in advanced search but again the map won’t autozoom unless you have it set to do so.
