It looks like you have modified the claim inputs, the both have the value of 1 instead of 1 and 0 so the JS is not working.

First i would make sure your themes and plugin are upto date.
It looks like your child theme is copying some SD features, or maybe its a clone, we removed the cat from the sidebar and placed it in the top but it looks like you are trying to undo this.

Please update things first and then let me know if there are any issues not related to customisations.

The way it works is in the language file you have a line “%s Title” The %s is replaced with the singlar name on the CPT edit page you pointed out.
So if you want it to read “[CPT singular name] Name” then you would translate the “%s Title” to “%s Name”.

I hope that clears things up, if not let me know.
