Punctuation and Capitization

    My boss asked me to reopen this ticket. Back in April, one of our consultants was told there is no fix. (Attached screenshot) It really bothers the site owner a lot. She wanted me to make sure there was absolutely no way to fix this. If we hired a programmer, is it possible?

    Punctuation and Capitization

    We have a business “ZoZo’s at The Sugar Mill”

    When I search: Zozo or zozo it shows up fine.

    When I search: zozos, Zozos, ZoZo’s or ZoZos it doesn’t work.

    Is there a way to make the search not sensitive to punctuation and capitalization?
