You can’t run GDB and W3TC together, they are both caching pluings.
The only caching plugins we support are GD Booster OR WP Super Cache + AutoptimizeThanks,

1. That is a server setting, you would need to ask your server admin to change that.

The theme swap should be straight forward, just install and activate the theme and then make sure all the widgets are in the correct places. But you might want to try it on a staging site first if you are worried.

This seems like a misunderstanding, we ask that you create your own topic rather than replying to others, we have special hidden settings for admins to assign and mark posts with special statuses, it works better if everyone creates their own post. I have added a message to the reply box if you are not the original author of the post, hopefully this will clear things up in the future.

Have you tried maxcdn to rule that out? I believe they give you one month free.
