Are you using the same facebook account to create the app as you are to authorise it?
Is it a paid facebook account business app?When you click authorise do you get a specific error message?

If your having issues it might be worth trying that, i run GDB on one of my sites and wp super cache +autoptimize on another.Stiofan

It looks like comments are closed on that listing.
TO remove rating from listings pages you would just hide with css.

There is not much i can do, it needs to be your facebook account.
Did u change the app secret also? What is the app secret in your facebook app?
