Hello,
#1 we designed it like that so if you do receive a false claim it does not block the original owner from claiming, with a little bit of code i am sure u could change that.
#2 If you add ?gd_go=claim to the end of any place, it will show the popup form.
Thanks,
Stiofan
Hi Marcos,
Can you also provide FTP details please?
Thanks,

Hi Apparao,
That does not change the fact your theme template is broken, GD defaults to using the default theme template file, it will be like this until you fix it, i suggest asking the theme developer for support.

Hi Fabio,
If you know of somewhere that does it how you want then please link to it so we can test.
The Google address api does not use the same info as google maps search.
Thanks,

Hi Sieko,
What error are you getting, where did u add that code, login detail would also help.

It seems your default theme page template has the same problem, if you fix that you should fix it all, please see my test page: http://www.indianpetshop.com/test/

I enabled a plugin called “Query Monitor” and it shows the DB table is corrupt, you should contact your server admin to fix this, more info and suggested fixes can be found here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2428738/how-do-you-fix-a-mysql-incorrect-key-file-error-when-you-cant-repair-the-tabl

Hi Brendan,
This will not automatically sort by distance, that feature is done in search though, maybe a direct link placed where you need it to the search results page would do what you need?

Hi Atilla,
Usually we just recommend checking if a user owns a place or not, if not they are not a advertiser, but if you want to go this way you could just divert the registration link to the normal WP registration link?
