If you think it will be a problem with your users maybe you should add a note in the description below the field? You can change it under GD>Place settings>Address>frontend description.

I have never used the contains selector but it might work, have a look at this answer: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1777357/css-rule-based-on-content#answer-1777373
Otherwise it could be done with JS or a new custom field.

I guess this is the serverside option? I have never tried it, you can give it a try if you want and then do some tests to make sure its not over caching, we don’t support it though so if you do run in to problems you will have to fix them on your own, the only caching we support is GD Booster and WP Super Cache.
