The JS fiel is cached, i ahve tried clearing all the cache but it’s not refreshing, you might have to ask godaddy.
This file when called is showing an old ver

Search for “.geodir_toggle” and it’s not there but if the version number is changed (all this does is alter the url) then it works:

Q1. no, it’s not finding any files on your server.
Q2. Perhaps it’s never worked properly or maybe it was since you moved it to a sub sub directory.
Q3. WP Super cache, or move your site to a normal install, why do you have it in a sub sub folder install?
Q4. Not having 87 active plugins…

It looks like your server has a url parameter limit of 512, i have set GDB to a lower limit but it will work better if you can increase this, i would ask your server admin to change it to 2000 see: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7724270/max-size-of-url-parameters-in-get#answers
Then you can change the setting GD Booster> JS/CSS Files Exclusion From Combines>Max url length to split combined js/css urls

This seems to be working for me but i did see some errors while logging in but i can’t seem to replicate it now.
Was it a specific FB page or all of them that were not working?

GD Booster will not work if the document root does not match the actual file locations, you have WP in a sub-sub folder with a htaccess redirect back two levels (for some reason), GB Booster will not work in this situation and it is not working on your server currently,
GD Booster had a problems finding /home/worldcheckin/public_html/wci/wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/css/validationEngine.jquery.cssIt’s just your luck that the site actual renders properly with the old ver of GD as it’s not working as it should.
I suggest you find another solution that will work with your setup.
