Any CDN that just gives you a replacement URL will work, MaxCDN is our recommended but you can put nay CDN url in that setting and it will be replaced for all static files on your site.

You have the 403 problem fixed?
Any plugin deletion problems are because of the new WP ajax delete, and will be fixed in the next release, you can delete via FTP if you need to.

Yes stripe will be coming and also any others that there is demand for.
The plan is to have ways to export to the big accounting software’s.
At the moment the version above will not take over the GD checkout but the next release will.
