This reply has been marked as private.@michael the licence was correct but when it was activated it was activated on a dev IP address and not a proper domain, when u moved the site the licence was no longer valid for that site until you deactivated and reactivated on that site.

It is working as a stand alone invoicing systme just now but we have not fully finished GD intigrations.

your licence was activated on a dev IP and not a domain, i simply deactivated the licence and then reactivated it, you might need to do that with others if it happens for them too.
