Featured Expiration Notifications Missing

    I am also not receiving any featured listing expiration notices. My customers are also not getting messages regarding their expiration date.

    This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!

    I have no way to know when people are moving to a free listing.

    This has been going on for too long.

    Hey Ron, I have tested expire listing in my local with Feature listing.

    In my email logs I do see email notifications.

    So its working.

    Can you make sure you have no problem with your email server?

    If you have no problem with your other emails, then the problem is with wp cron.

    Make sure no third party plugins interfere with wp cron.

    I receive all other emails – such as posted listings – comments – etc

    I was receiving them before and suddenly stopped. I have not received one bcc copy and neither have my customers. I checked with them.

    I have looked in my spam – no luck.

    I do not have third party plugins.

    I just spoke with Johnathan at Go-Daddy. He ran a “PHP” test on the server and there were no problems on their end.

    Where do we go now?

    Sorry this is a very unusual problem that could have a number of reasons, it is best resolved by a server admin. Please pressure your host to resolve this.

    Did you have any listing expiring after the hosting support fixed the crons?
