We would also need database access like phpMyAdmin or a hosting control panel if you don’t have a direct link to phpMyAdmin.

The Google maps APi one is needed the other technically are not needed but in reality it is best to have them, they will be cached by browser caching and CDN’s and the change of version will cause the automatic refresh of the cache.

There was a small bug that would not let you deactivate licences properly, you should be able to deactivate the licence now and add your new ones.

If it were me i would just go to GD>Design>home>Home bottom section>enable
They you can add any widgets there, even a text widget and you don’t have to edit the templates.Thanks,
