Hi Paul,
Firstly let me try and explain something, we have a policy of not providing custom code here, it would just take too much of our time, but we will provide examples and support on how to use our functions and hooks.

It seems to be a weird problem related to server local and/or saving CSV on mac computers, see here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2238971/fgetcsv-ignores-special-characters-when-they-are-at-the-beginning-of-line
The dev has added a wor around to our code, he has uploaded the fix to your site and it will be in the next version, please check now.

I got connected via FTP, my last answer i meant i had tried a few things to your site but it was still not working. I suggested you work back from you modifications to see when the default functionality breaks to see if we can narrow it down.

It’s a perfect example of what not to do which is great for our blog post but bad for your site, we should maybe talk things over, if you can add me to skype we can txt faster.

Is there a reason most of you plugins are out of date?

There seems to be a conflict with the plugin “Contextual Related Posts” disabling that fixes the issue. ( i have enabled again)

I am a bit confused about what site i am supposed to be looking at, the one i thought it was the login does not work, the other one i can’t see any reason for any slowness and i did not see any 504s
