Licence expiring today 5th July but cannot upgrade

    Hello,
    I have my licence expiring today 5th of July. I wanted to upgrade the plugins earlier, but see this is not possible. Could you please help?

    I am also getting this error when trying to see an event posted:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function geodir_get_detail_page_related_events() in /home1/vflorina/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-functions/custom_functions.php on line 1405

    Any chance to get it solved, could it be related to the updating of addons?

    Hi Florina,

    your subscription was automatically renewed today.

    You should be able to update any add-on.

    If now you can’t access your dashboard because of that error, you can update via FTP.

    Or if you provide FTP credentials we will update them for you.

    Thank you Paolo,

    I can access the dashboard, but still I cannot upgrade the addons. I dont know why this is not possible. I get the message that the upgrade has failed.

    Also, I didnt want to extend the license yet… I see this is now extended for 4 months and an invoice already issued? I wanted, for the moment, to only upgrade the addons as this is the last day of the first license period. I have no idea why I get the error specified above when trying to see an event posted on the website:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function geodir_get_detail_page_related_events() in /home1/vflorina/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-functions/custom_functions.php on line 1405

    Hi,

    if you didn’t want to renew, you should have stopped the payment via paypal in advance.

    To try to fix any problem you are experiencing now, I would need a link, admin and FTP credentials.

    I believe the PHP error is coming from a partial update.

    Hello,

    I tried to update it via ftp this morning and it worked, I get no error message. Could you please see how to solve the renewal issue? I have checked for no auto-renew option, could you please check on that and see how we can solve this?

    Hi,

    I asked to accounting to verify, but if it auto renewed, it means that you must have purchased the auto renewing option (maybe without noticing).
