For #2 this was originally only added for google rich snippet rating, we now add that in the sourcecode via JSON so it’s not needed. I can see some people like you have taken to using it as a feature so i will add it back in next version, i have added it back to your site now.

If you wanted to the way to do it would be, turn of GDB in its settings then disable then delete but i don’t think that is required.

It might have been a bug that got copied to that file, i have deleted all the cache and renamed that fiel so it can build a new ver, the error thrown was “PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on null in /wp-includes/cache.php on line 123”
Just keep an eye on it, i would guess all will be good now, we have several sites ourselfs running this with no problems.

You dont have the latest version of either theme, one is auto update the other u will manually need to update via ftp.

Yes your OpenSSL version on your server needs updated (you are on ver 0.9.8e), you won’t be able to update or receive PayPay IPN notifications with that version. please see here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/paypal-sha-256-compliance-and-what-it-means/
You can update your adons via FTP if needd but this open ssl thing needs to be dealt with if you want to use PayPal.
