I suspect your OpenSSL version is out of date, if you provide wp-admin i will check.

Yes 1.3.6 is released, just click “check again” a few times to clear wp cache and you should see it.

If not please provide wp-admin details and i will take a look.

Can you try turning on the auto return feature in your paypal account to see if that fixes it?

I checked the code and the parameters are being passed correctly, i tried to test but when i get to the paypal site i just get a blank page, it says 502 bad gateway.
