If you can provide FTP info it will make things quicker.
Thanks,

These settings are stored in an option and the DB settings are correct, what does the error message say? I see you have one CPT already, can u copy that and change the names to create a new one?

Hello,
We are working on a new way to build and store invoices, this should be released soon in beta and then in full in the next couple of weeks.
Thanks,

Your server has a security rule that if “VARCHAR” is in the post value it will throw a 404 error. You should ask your host to remove this rule, i changed the value to “VARCHARx” and it worked, once your host has removed this security rule i can change it back and the field will function normally.

Hi Sara, you seem to be trying to upload the THEME as a PLUGIN, please try to upload under the Appearance>Themes menu.
Thanks,

Hi Dale,
Please also provide FTP so i can debug.
Thanks,

I found several copies of the file on your server but it looks like you found one too. I promise when i edited it the file was blank, remember because i though it was unusual and reloaded the page twice to make sure it was blank and not failing to load, i also checked other files incase it was not loading anything but the other files checked were ok so i assumed it was blank on purpose.
Thanks,
Stiofan
It’s neither of those things, this is what i think it is.
Your OpenSSL is version 0.9.8o 01 Jun 2010, we use a wildcard SSL certificate which proper support for was not declared until feb 2011, my guess is this is related, the solution would be to upgrade Open SSL on the server or to try disabeling SSL validation via CURL.Thanks,
Stiofan
Hi Joy,
The file was completely empty when i edited it. It looks like you have cpanel hosting, they should have backups, ask them for a copy of that file.

Great!
For the nav/logo, you can use CSS start with body.home and you should be able to hide anything only on home.
