    HI Geoff,

    All the create tabel queries are failing, i guess the user does not have the correct permissions for the table, if you can give him create and modify permissions great or if you have some sort of hosting control panel i can take a look.

    It looks like its related to geolocation, can you try setting GD>Advanced serarch>Ask user if they wish to be geolocated (ticked) then next time you get asked if you want to be geolocated say ok and if you get the error then thats the problem.

    Hi Jen,

    What info do you have under GD>General>Sender name/Email Address?
    That is the email used to send, you should make it match your domain if possible.
    I am guessing with that score that maybe that is blank?

    Thanks for the info.

    Your payment settings looked a bit corrupt, i reset them all, i assume u were only using PayPal?

    i have signed up for a 2day recurring listing and i have also setup a debug script to email me the IPN info to see if it;s actually received and what into it is.

    Hopefully this is solved, keep an eye on my listing to see if it goes to draft. (feel free to change any description details about it for now.

    Hi Alexander,

    – !Important! The Add Listing and Change location buttons on Main Menu do not expand in mobile view -

    FIXED (will be in next release of core/location manager)

    – The cursor above the button for social import changes as for text and not for a link

    – FIXED (will be in next social importer)

    – The Add listing sidebar cannot be removed or changed, regardless of the options chosen either in Geodirectory, or in the Page setup

    This is a widget area, you can add widgets or if you want to remove it you can hide it with CSS if you want.

    – As Step had said, the Ajax Search in Multinews does not work with the Directory

    I could not recreate this, seems to work for me.

    Hi krh,

    The gap at the top is a blank widget area, either place some widgets in it or you can disable it from GD>Design>Details>Detail top section (untick)

    The gap in the middle i cant recreate, you can try making sure multinews is selected and saved under GD>Theme compatibility if that does not solve please provide wp-admin in a private reply and we will take a look.

    Those login details dont seem to work, do you have 8 recurring customers? IN that case they will only show 8.

    Thanks for the info, i had a look and there were several missing db table columns, i think i have added all the missing ones, please try adding addresses now and see if everything sticks this time, if not it might be best to drop the tables and just let the system rebuild them.

    Hi vallels,

    When we transferred everyone over what we did was calculate their remaining days left and then subtract 365 days and add them to the 12 month package with that purchase date, this made things 100x easier and made sure everyone had the right expire date. You purchased a 4 month package in November so your correct expiry date is this month even though it says you are on a 12 month membership, sorry for any confusion.

    Please install and activate the plugin mentioned here : https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/missing-update-notifications/
    and you should then see the new update screen and should be able to enter and activate then update all your addons.
