Good spot, for core that function was moved so the path was wrong, but for most of these is is not really the local path you want to use, it is added for compatibility but in reality your translationes would be deleted when you update the plugin so it’s always best to use the wp-content/languages/… path.

The setting in wp-config.php to set tue must be above the call to sp-settings.php i have moved it now and it now shows.

The call to add some JS is not being honered, it might be a plugin or theme removing it
wp_enqueue_script(‘jquery-ui-sortable’);If you can provide FTP i’ll try and track down the problem.
