Yes, that could be done very easily, the hard part is finding a way for a user to be able to add those on the front end easily.

#1 This did not seem to work all the time so we have added a fix and it will be in the next version.
#2 The upgrade button shows no matter what, it is not hidden if there is only one package.

There is no way for a user to do thisproperly but they could simply edit the lisitng and change the “are you the business owner?” to no, this would allow it to be claimed again. If you still have the claim in the claim listing section then you can click undo to return it to the original owner, or you can simply edit the listing and change the owner in the backend.

The emails are being sent by GeoDirectory but seem to not be getting sent by your server.
Please contact your server admin to establish the problem.I have installed a plugin to log the emails that are sent but they are not being delivered to me. : http://www.digitalcoorg.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=log_emails_log
