problem while login and forgot password

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    hello… when someone submit their ad they have to register right.. once they have registered after they cant login in.. it says username and password doesnot match..even if it is 100% currect also..

    what should be the user role.. subscriber or customer or …. please mention.

    and forgot password also not working…

    Hello,

    The emails are being sent by GeoDirectory but seem to not be getting sent by your server.
    Please contact your server admin to establish the problem.

    I have installed a plugin to log the emails that are sent but they are not being delivered to me. : http://www.digitalcoorg.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=log_emails_log

    I am marking this as resolved as our product is working correctly.
