Hi Rick,

These files serve the JS/CSS and as such need to be as fast as possible, it would not make sense to load the entire WP system to then serve the files, it would be much slower, these are independent files and they make an informed guess as to the location of the plugins folder.

Is this causing problems for you?

#2 no, not the developers facebook, your normal facebook, you are simply removing the authorisation for it.

#3 once you do #2 the refresh action will make your user reauthorise the facebook app.

This sounds like you are using some 3rd party plugin for this functionality and GD may not be compatible with it, this sounds like it would require customisation and we do not do that. You can either try to hire a 3rd party dev to do this or you can ask for it as a feature request and see if there are many other than need this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/

The description will usually show the excerpt by default in the listing view and the 2x grid view, the 3x,4x,and 5x hide the description so it looks neater.

You can change the default display on the listings page under:
GD>design>listings>Listing content section view
(note that if you have already change the view on the front end then the browser remembers your choice, either close the browser , try private window or try andother browser to see your changes)

Hi Andy,

That message usually means the app is not authorised.
Please try this first and if it does not work then private reply with admin details please.

#1 Make sure you plugin is upto date.
#2 go to facebook>setting>apps> find your app and click remove.
#3 go back into your website backend social connect and click re-authorises. This should set any settings needed.
#4 Try again and let us know 🙂
