#1. all messages are translatable, feel free to translate them to say what you wish.

#2. There can be more than one package, so it’s vital it is there all the time. the renew link has a limited show time.

#3. Hard to tell, this should not happen, one way i could think of is if the user was allowed access to the wp-admin (maybe they were an editor for example) and added it manually with no package, but it’s really a guessing game with no details.

This bug was fixed in latest vers, if u have review manager installed then u need to update that too (and clear any cache). Please check the demo which is now running the latest.
