hi execfro,
I have looked at your backend and it’s painful to work on, something is telling WP to check for updates on every page load. I would try disabling all non GD plugins and checking if things improve speed wise and also for adding posts, then if they do try enabling each plugin one by one until u find the one causing the problems.

Hi,
Data should not be lost when upgrading if you have the same input fields they should still contain the data, however when signing up it’s a different matter, nothing has been submitted to the server to there is nothing to save.

Hi Stacey, yes this seems to be due to a X theme css class change, we have made the fix but it’s not yet released.
If u can provide FTP i can upload the latest.
