Login details fail to sync

    Hi Charles,

    it appears that syncing failed to include GDF between your available options.

    Stiofan is investigating. IN the mean time I’ve updated GDF on Theme Tailors, so you should be able to download it again and manually update it via FTP.

    If you prefer that we update it for you, simple forward us link and wp admin credentials in a private reply and we will proceed.

    I have changed my password on your account area and in the back end of my site

    Guys my passwords are identical in your system and the plugin on my site

    What gives with this syncing, why do I need to do it

    Hi Charles,

    the system here doesn’t go and check if you bought anything new everyday.

    So for wpgd.com autoupdates for you are valid only for the addons synced the first time.

    Given that you bought Multilocation after syncing, you need to sync again to add it to the list of unlocked products.
