I did not build this part so i will flag vikas for an exact answer but i believe they would still have to pay full price yes, but you could make a discount coupon to reimburse them the amount due.

i’m confused about what you are asking? So if you do what u said then there would be no point in allowing premium to upload more images, where would they be shown? Please explain EXACTLY what you mean.

Yes you could do almost anything, but would u not be better maybe just limiting the price package to only allowing 1 image and you would get the same result?
