Thanks this has sorted it.
But surely this is a bug? My Recapcha, for boht GD and UserWP, were disabled for Admin and Editor roles. Doesn’t that mean that as Admin I shouldn’t have had ANY tick box, let alone two?
Thanks
Can anyone help. Our entire team is locked out of the website and has been able to work today…I’m really not confident I understand what you’ve told me to do.
Yes, I know how to FTP. I can do that. Or change the file names directly in the CPanel.
But which folder name do I rename? I have seen there is one folder called UserWP Recapcha. Do I change this to UserWP Recapcha 2.
And then won’t that break everything? Do I change the settings according to your recommmended settings and then rename the folder to UserWP Recapcha?
Thank you – that looks lovely.
Oh wowzers. You fixed it. Thanks!!
Hi Kor
I’m still struggling to master the layout on Archive Item.
Please see Snap Store on https://romanroadlondon.com/place/
I would like the Fave icon and Review stars to appear on one line, with Review stars on left and Face icon on right. At the moment they are on different lines even though I have them next to each in the short code with left and right align.
And the social media badges are centred even though the shortcode says align left.
What do I do to make these changes? Here’s my shortcode:
[gd_archive_item_section type=’open’ position=’left’]

I want Events to act differently to the Places listing so I created my own Archives (Event) page.
However the GD_categories shortcode doesn’t feed through to Category level pages like the one you did for Place Archive page. Is this because it’s not an official GD page?

Tabitha
Yes, that’s better now. Please could you let me know where you’ve made adjustments – I want to make sure I don’t undo them by mistake!
Thanks
There is still a huge gap between item image and the review stars of the item details – about an inch of screen. See screengrab.
How can I revert to the original layout that came with the plugin? It has been perfect for weeks and can’t for the life of me think what caused this. I was trying to remove the shortcode for review comments and the New badge, but that shouldn’t leave a gap should it?
Hi, here is screenshot – it was on page 2. Sorry, next time will send you correct URL!

So suddently there is this huge blank space between the image and the review stars. It used to be all neat and close together. I can’t see what I did to cause this.
On the listing for Snap Store you can see the social icons are displaying vertically downwards.

Golly yes. So sorry – my mistake! And thank you very much for sorting. Thanks!
Hi, I’ve already got GD Categories shortcode on GD Archive Page and, while this displays categories on /location/ page it doesn’t feed this through to the Category Page so users can’t search for alternative category without clicking the back arrow on their browser. This seems like poor UX.
I’ve added the Location Switcher to see what you meant but this is not relevant for my website as it only uses one Location for all listings.
Still wondering how users can search categories without having to click back on browser…
Thanks
Tabitha
Thanks that worked nicely
