URGENT – Can't login into WP due to double Recapcha

    As per your recommendations I installed two Recapcha’s – the one for GD and one for UsersWP.

    I was still getting lots of spam subscribers every day so yesterday I adjusted the settings on the Recapcha and enabled Recapcha for ‘Login’ on both Recapchas.

    But now I have two tick boxes on my WP login page and this is preventing me from logging in successfully. And if I can’t login then I can’t readjust the Recapcha settings. Chicken and egg!

    I have three editorial staff coming into work in the next half an hour and they all need to logon to the website urgently.

    Please can you help !! 🙂

    You will need to login by FTP and then rename one of the folders.

    Only enable one for the login, one or the other but not both.

    Yes, I know how to FTP. I can do that. Or change the file names directly in the CPanel.

    But which folder name do I rename? I have seen there is one folder called UserWP Recapcha. Do I change this to UserWP Recapcha 2.

    And then won’t that break everything? Do I change the settings according to your recommmended settings and then rename the folder to UserWP Recapcha?

    Can anyone help. Our entire team is locked out of the website and has been able to work today…I’m really not confident I understand what you’ve told me to do.

    Either one, since they are either one causing the issue.

    Thanks this has sorted it.

    But surely this is a bug? My Recapcha, for boht GD and UserWP, were disabled for Admin and Editor roles. Doesn’t that mean that as Admin I shouldn’t have had ANY tick box, let alone two?

    When logged in, yes, but, if you are logged out, then…you are not logged in with a role.
