Am I supposed to install WP Easy Updates?

I’ve updated by FTP the 3 files above by FTP but they are not updating in the wp-admin.

I’ve also tried by directly uploading into the plugins but am getting this failure message. I don’t know why the plugins have not automatically updated because I update them when notified.

I had the plugin installed and the code is still there.

The ad still shows below the footer.
