    Am I supposed to install WP Easy Updates?

    I’ve updated by FTP the 3 files above by FTP but they are not updating in the wp-admin.

    I’ve also tried by directly uploading into the plugins but am getting this failure message. I don’t know why the plugins have not automatically updated because I update them when notified.

    Further assistance needed thanks.

    we are asking for FTP to connect to your server directly, not the WordPress credentials, if you don’t know where to get them please provide cPanel credentials.
