And this is the second time I see that you’ve explained this. It almost appears that you are not understanding the issue. What good is offering price package levels if the higher-paying client’s listing doesn’t take precedence?
If this is the best response we can get we will most certainly be pursuing a full refund.

I understand using the GD Importer is best. “I need to import places with their corresponding account contact/company info from a CSV from eDirectory (file attached). Is there a simpler way to do this with the existing import tool(s)?”
