Our primary need for geodirectory is to have the searches sorted by price package. Featured Listing is irrelevant so we are not using “Featured Listing.”
When a user searches in a specific location (by zip code or geolocation) for a listing such as “churches” the highest price package should be listed first. In our case, this is not working.
I created the price packages and have tried several code mods to make this happen but it either does nothing or breaks our site. There are numerous topics dating back several years regarding this very issue. I would expect this to be part of the core by now or at least a plug-in for purchase.

We understand this. Additionally, we need the results sorted by price package, highest priced package(s) above ALL other returns, then second priced package(s) second, then third priced package(s) third, then fourth priced package(s), which is all free listings.
Sorting searches by price package is paramount to our endeavor. Please advise.
