What do you mean by:
GDV2 handles images in the WP way, so, a good CDN can rewrite the URLs as needed.
In the WP way would mean using the media library would it not?
And the other issues are all easily overcome by a permissions plugin and a plugin such as enhanced media library that we use to categorise the media library, list items by user, tag, category etc.
It is just the storage and processing of images through a service such as AWS or Cloudinary that will be quite difficult I imagine.

Thanks – Turns out I am already on newsletter – just no news has gone out seemingly. I didn’t receive an email about the new AyeConnect plugin – I only discovered it through your Twitter feed.
And I did a complete version number check between my accounts download files and my WP site and turns out there have not been any addon updates recently, just the core plugin has been updated.

Thats an unfortunate way of showing them – I was hoping to use the service followthatpage.com to monitor all the changelogs but using a modal popup means that isn’t possible.Love if you could put them all on the one page without a popup for easy finding and monitoring.
Also I’m not sure if the new plugin that monitors and installs the updates is working – would be good to see the latest version numbers of all the addons on the same page. Have there been any addon updates in the last 2 weeks for example so I can check the updates?
