Yes, the id is tricky but I can always auto increment above xxxx. Our tables are starting at around 5800 so that is a very high number to start an auto increment at. The csv is OK but there just is not a WP tool for this that passes mustar. It sure would be nice if the goedir tables could contain all the data and not share them with WP. Unfortunately this may be why many people don’t liek using WP for “plugins.”
Thanks for your suggestions. I’m about ready to build my own directory—not a plugin. There are just too many restriction with WP.

Like I mentioned before, you come out with updates every 2 weeks. And with each update something has gotten crossed, at least for me. The way i have seen that it was not working was by seeing how users responded after updates.
If you have a checklist for me to use to make sure everything functions properly then this might be possible, maybe. Otherwise you are telling me to find a needle in a haystack. and to search when maybe nothing is there. Which is not really a good prospect.
But still, i would very much like a checklist of everything to check so i can see if it is working properly now that you mention it.
That was strange, seems like every time i upgrade plugin it changes something. You doing plugin upgrades every 2 weeks, makes me afraid to do them because never know what will change. no way to know if settings are correct, and did not change after updating plugin.
The search function not only searches the titles for a match, it searches the company descriptions for words too. For example, “blue”, in search will return companies that have blue in their name, and companies without blue in name, but in company description field. not sure if this is the way it was intended.
If I understood the thread, then Paolo says its ok to use cloudflare for cdn. Is this correct?
If Amazon CloudFront CDN is like cloudflare, do you think amazon cloudfront cdn would be ok? In many ways i think Amazon cdn is better than cloudflare, but want to make sure nothing there that will conflict with wpgeo.
I think this is an important thing to get to know because I think many users could benefit from cdn.
a big tip off that something is wrong is the page views for /directory/me/ , and directory/me are WAYYYYYYY down, this has always been an indication that the search function is not working before.

Attached is screenshot with visitor data. My programmer ran into a similar issue, he mentioned that his server doesnt cache or something, and the server system was trying to cache, when not able I guess it refreshes, just speculation at this point i guess. Not really sure why it happens.
This is happening with logged out users. The page that I see that has issues is /directory/me/ , i think that page is shown to users who share location. I had 1 user today that literally had the page directory/me/ reload 2000 times over about 3 hours (every 3-4 seconds) according to a couple of visitor trackers i use. I had to ban the ip, and un-ban after a couple minutes to get it to stop.
