    Hi Stiofan,

    the funny thing is, as I am informed from listing creator that he is able to see his listing by click on LINK within his email, but the admin cc email LINK does not work.

    I will tomorrow then start to deactivate some plugins to make sure that those are not interrupting.

    Hi Steofan,

    The domain cannot exist because this is only a sendgrid CNAME subdomain, created and used to track the click throught link and then forward to the original existing link of the listing created.

    You can ignore the sendgrid approach for its whitelabeled link tracking, but you should focus on WHY the original link to the added listing is not working and gives an error page result.

    the domain is working proper in my end.

    Find here
    – the LINK within admin cc email
    – the original LINK which shall point to the listing

    Also even by using the original link it is showing the browser error instead of listing added.

    Hi Paolo,

    thanks again for your advices. But I need to know if it is a failure from our customization or a normal GD procedure to be aware of.

    What do you mean it is not published yet and how can I check that?

    I thought, that if a listing is added and the user accepted the site condtions as well then he will be able to review the listing and click on a. pay for paid listings or only on publish listing on free approach. Then after publish the admin cc email is send to inform the admin about new listing to check.

    Actually I have the problem that within this email the link does not work and I cannot explain why and need your help for the same.

    Hi Steofan,

    I am still having the issue of “missing author” and “missing update” data within google search console.

    Is this now resolved with new update?

    P.S. actually I am not able to update until we finalized or custom codings to then get help from your side to may suggest how and where you would implement the custom code.

    Hi, I have been facing a issue, spent a lot of time over it. It is of memory exhaust. Please see the screenshot : http://awesomescreenshot.com/0f661wv2df . I have tried several ways to rectify it, got from google. Edited php.ini, php5.ini and also from wordpress internal files however there is no resolution found. Please help by increasing the post_max_filesize, execution_time, memory_limit and upload_max_filesize or implement any other requirement for the same.

    Hi again,

    it seems that we found a solution which works actually.

    Here is the solution:

    Actually there was two separate php.ini files in different folders. The changes we were making through .htaccess or directly through the php.ini file using whm was effecting the other file. so I have renamed the file of php.ini, php5.ini in wci folder and made the other php.ini file which is directly in the public_html folder recursive using htaccess so that it can be used by all inside folder’s and files as well.

    I have de-activated the query monitor plugin and deleted the booster cache as well the cloudflare cache. Re-activated and now seems to work again.

    STRANGE, but it has helped.

    OK – I found one solution called “JS & CSS Script Optimizer”

    I need to know which JS and CSS are important for geodirectory not to include to minify because when activated the google map is not working.

    Please state which files are for GD important not to include.
