Additional page speed improvement plugins suggestion to combine with gd booster

Hi support team,

as gd booster does a great job, but I am using more other plugins too, I need to combine, minify, compress and reduce the amount of existing CSS and JS as well HTML files.

Therefore it is planned to use also addional plugins e.g. to minify or speed up.
Which plugins would you suggest to be used?

The idea is to combine e.g. one more plugin to enable faster page load speed and still not disturb gd core approach by using gd booster and additional plugins.

• To exclude files from minification
Which files CSS & JS & HTML/PHP files shall excluded for its minification?

Do you have an other suggestion to establish page load speed improvements?
