Hi Alex,
yes, I tried. Problems are:
– it’s only possible to show the title, not other info or custom field.
– only possible 1 slider per pagebut i’m getting used to GD, I think I can figure something out 🙂
This reply has been marked as private.Thank you Alex,
– By any chance is it possible to have them display as a dropdown?
– and is it possible to just have the location working only for the search page?
I mean if you are in the Homepage and select NY, the listings appearing in the Homepage don’t change all to only available in NY.Hope I was able to explain myself!
Hello Guust, thank you for replying 🙂
I did find them, but the translation doesn’t work.
For Invoices plugin I have these files in wp-content/languages/plugins:
invoicing.pot
invoicing-es_ES.po
invoicing-es_ES.poFor this plugin, translations don’t work at all
—————————————————-
– I Found “Events” and “Listings” in Buddypress Integration, but they just won’t translate.
– Same with “Select” in geodirlocation-es_ES.poFor these addons these are the only (so far) strings that won’t translate.
– also “Photos” in geodirectory-es_ES.po
So it’s just some strings…I’m clueless about this
Anybody having similar issues?

yes, there. I couldn’t find it submitted.Hello Alex,
yes, I’ve translated all those strings, no result.Actually it would be great to hide the “date” and “hour” text, as they use space and the icon is enough. Could you share some code for achieving this? (I tried with no success)
Please find attached a reference, instead of “hour” it says “Horario”
Also, themes do no have any strings to be translated, right? because I could find any Supreme theme pot file in https://wpgeodirectory.com/translate/projects/
Hi Alex,
I’m so sorry, I realized it has to do with my custom styles, I should fix it.
Thank you for letting me know about the error.I think, though, responsiveness of listings in Starter theme better than Supreme. Maybe it would be beneficial to other users to make them alike…just a comment.
Kind regards and sorry again for the troubles.
This reply has been marked as private.Sorry, for 2) it’s something to do with bootstrap css, but I already fixed it.
Thank you
February 19, 2018 at 7:55 pm in reply to: Failed to import Dummy Data – Uncaught ReferenceError: gdInstallDummyData is not #418303I already found where to set the default location, maybe could be of benefit to point out in the documentation (https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-location/) where to do this when you have the location manager add-on…thanks
February 19, 2018 at 7:41 pm in reply to: Failed to import Dummy Data – Uncaught ReferenceError: gdInstallDummyData is not #418301Hello, I had to make a fresh install on the domain as I couldn’t migrate from localhost to the live site.
I’ve been looking where to set the default location, but in Geodirectory Panel, after Notifications, I don’t have the SET DEFAULT LOCATION tab. Please see attachment.Documentation says:
General – Google Analytics – Design – Permalinks – Notifications – Set Default Location – Place Settings – Theme Compatibility – Import & Export – GD ToolsIs the documentation outdated or there’s something wrong with my installation?
Please help, thank you!
Hi Guust,
thank you for this great answer, helps me a lot.
cheers!Hi Kor,
I can live with that solution for now.
Thank you, cheers!Nice article, thank you 🙂
I asked some questions to Kleo guys, perhaps buying the theme will save me some time.
I don’t think that integration has been made, but doesn’t hurt to ask 🙂
Thanks Alex
